Holy want.
You can definitely do some of this app's tricks with sector but not everything. Multiband operation and the wet/mix knob being two biggies.
Very interesting effect
the Cableguys' portfolio looks like they spliced Devine-Machine (early 2000 years) into several plugins.
DM was a very (!) mighty, but quite nerdy kind of looping tool (not much reference on the net, way ahead of their time, made a couple of wave-manipulation based synths, too)

BeatSpiral ($ 0.99) is one of my favorites to such time-hopping done interactively.
It has a record gesture for spontaneous freezing of an interesting groove.
Special feature: swiping over the loop aera plays the touched section(s) as long as surface contact is kept. This works on multiple sections simulatanously.
