BeatHawk extracting samples?

I've owned BeatHawk for some time, but never really got on with it that well. Now I'm thinking of ditching it, but would like to extract the sample packs I bought, for use in Blocs Wave.

Is there a speedy way of doing this, or am I pretty much going to have to do it manually, one at a time?

  • Sit tight. BH 2.0 will drop SOON, with a ton of promised updates.

  • Yeah, I would wait for the update before deciding on ditching it. Also, I'm pretty sure their samples are stored in their proprietary UFS file format.

  • Yeah they are. BH2 we are waiting :o

  • You could record a bunch of hits and such from BH directly into Blocs and then move the markers around to select individual bits and pieces for sequencing

Yeah, that's what I figured. Was hoping for a faster solution. So I think I'll heed the other advice, and sit tight for the time being. The update might be great.

    Thanks all.

samples of BH (and many other) are in the private space of the app.
Tools like iExplorer don't have access to that area. Only few apps expose their data...
