Thoughts on this gestural MIDI controller?
Hey guys, I've recently released a motion-based MIDI controller app for the iPhone/iPod. Wondering what you think? Would you find it inspiring or useful in the studio? Do you think it could add a new dimension to live performances? Or does it just seem like "novelty"?
It's an instrument in itself but is also quite useful for recording automating and using it like a multi-dimensional mod-wheel with your midi keyboard…

Finally snagged one! Thanks!
The problem with these gizmos is that all the audience can see is a dude moving around his phone. Sorry, I'd like to be more supportive but after the irings I'm beyond redemption.
I bought it a while back - personally I wouldn't want to use it for melodic playing, but for automation/fx/mod wheel it could be useful.
Already redeemed
Been wanting to give this a go for a while, but i dont think id want to spend any money for this sort of app, at least now.
Having bought your previous similar app 'Sound Wand' MIDI Controller and never received a response to my e-mail asking for help when I couldn't make it work I think I will pass.
Bought it on day one. Mostly using it for modulation for which it is great. Has a bit of a learning curve like any new instrument, but I think it has great potential. A few tutorial videos would be really nice - might even be good good for promotion/show off.
And Ableton Link would be great!! Please!
To be honest the first video keep me from buying it for a long time(specifically the party scene), then I finally decided to try it despite my misgiving about how cheesy the video's are for this product. I'm glad I got it, it's good at driving pad sounds .
Using this with PPG Wavemapper, Nave Animo etc. you can literary loose hours. But really the promo videos are cringe worthy imho.
This is the video that started to change my mind in regards to your product.
