Funjunkie, you had the new IProphet and Ultraphaser working together in Audiobus?
My review from the iTunes Store. Never left a review before, and using ths iPad is clumsy, so I'm not sure it worked! Anyway:
Beautiful phaser. Highly expressive and customizable with a number of great parameters for tweaking. Ultraphaser interfaces well with other apps and is light on the CPU. Easily the best of its class on IOS.
That said, this thing is screaming for midi support. The 'shape shift' and 'shape transformation' are begging for automation. Cc support would make this a great app to access through your favorite midi controller.
All in all, a wonderful app, only improvements could come from midi implementations or built in automation for deeper, stranger and more subtle modulations. Looking forward to it in future updates!
(ps) didn't work with I prophet for me either. Mellotron sounded great through it though
I suspect the devs are busy finishing up FLUX:FX right now.
@Audiohub - I don't have iProphet, so I couldn't test that, but I think @PaulB stated, in a different thread, that it wouldn't work for him. It appears to be related to that specific combination.
@funjunkie27 It lasted all of overnight on the short list of 'wait and see'. Guess that's why it's a short list
But also demonstrated that you need a few different opinions before you write something off. Played with it this morning early (still on eurotime) with a number of gizmos and it sounds darn nice...
Sounds like your will power is on par with mine!
