Very interesting reading, thanks for this. And yes, it shows that the initial low prices of the music apps are printed in our minds and it will be hard now, for the developers, to raise the prices even if I'm convinced that some apps definitely worth much more than what we pay for...
I think before an app launch, there needs to be some extensive youtube video tutorials and a great user manual in place. There needs to be more examples of workflow, sounds, how to's, etc.
