Filtatron update!!!!
Nothing major, just fixing bugs and improvements. But it's nice to see it taken care of. This app is a versatile seasoning to sprinkle all over anything.

iOS 9 support
Struggling with the update in AB......getting error conditions with the input apps I've tried (Sunrizer, Module, Alchemy etc)....may just be me.
I just updated, actually in the update description it says IOS9 and later

I'm Canadian app store..? It doesnt matter I opened it up in audiobus and up in the upper left corner of the ipad screen beside "Filtatron " is a spiralling loading
Yes, looks like they updated the description. Before, it was just iOS 9 and it made me wonder why release it such late and w/o iOS 10 support
This is one of those Effect Apps I just would love to see as an AUv3 with full automation and midi-input the VCO pitch and keyboard-traking for the filter and naturally sync to host-clock for the delay.
Nice filter, I've used it a lot live. Has a really 'listenable' tone to it. Nice to know it's not dead and forgotten.
Seems ok for me with ElasticDrums as the input.

So very pretty pretty please. I'd happily shell out for a Filtatron Pro that included this stuff. Someone came up with a MIDI->VCO hack at one point but it involved the stream-byter in MIDI Bridge iirc.
I like running triq traq through this for super gooey fat ass beats (technical term) your beats will be so fat, so thick, and so gooey you'll be like "well shit, I guess I'll just make drum and bass music for the rest of my life" (you won't. But you can imagine what it'd be like if you did).
And here I was at a bit of a loss with what to do for the next couple of hours...
I've always struggled with what to do with this app. Any recommended tutorials? @db909 you sound like you have a good handle on how to route things into the app, any suggested settings?
I love it on drum machine beats or any kind of groove.
@fprintf it's all about loading something in there (a loop or something) and playing with the filter settings. It can blend between high and low pass and you can play with the separation, mix, cutoff and res and envelope and lfo for the filter. Then you combine with the drive and delay. Basically just abuse the hell out of it until it sounds good. It doesn't have too many knobs, so turn them all. The drive is nice for thickening things. It's a "soundgoodizer"

Gotta love moog. I remember getting this app for free because i purchased Animoog for 99 cents.
That it directly supports https://www.google.com/search?q=Bluetooth+A2DP devices.
So I can keep hope alive that Animoog iPad will get that universal update
