Troublemaker DEMO │ haQ attaQ LIVE ep 3 │ Full video from live stream
I did a live stream earlier today in where I was demoing Troublemaker by Bram Bos. This app is so new it's not even out on the AppStore yet! You can watch the full one hour video right here! I will make a proper haQ attaQ review/guide for Troublemaker as soon as it is released. But for those of you who cant wait to see what this app is all about, check the video.

I can see @richardyot doing a "Acid tune of the Month" here once it comes out. Great vid mate. As I now in Cyprus, learning patience is forced on you. But this app has put me into not so........ I want this yesterday. I've just bought FL Studio Transistor Bass VST(I know it's in FL Mobile 3). But I think I'll might give a little bit of a soundclash(including Rebirth)..... Bravo! Jakob mate.![;) ;)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/wink.png)
@studs1966 Thank you, I'm happy you liked the stream. Troublemaker is really cool. I like that Bram went for an interface better suited for touch screens.
He could have just gone for a more conventional 303-type sequencer interface, but he didn't! Good one!
I've been looking into FL studio mobile. I have to get it. They've done a huge amount of changes to it and I think it looks more mobile friendly than ever.
Hey JakoB.You looks so happy in the vid when you tweak this synth and you really help me to decide: instant buy. Thanks a lot mate
You are(as always) correct. Bram has done an terrific job at the interface(& the sound) FL Mobile 3 is good, but it needs some tweaking up a bit(they will get there, considering they've done it on all platforms at the same time........ IOS Andriod &a Windows Mobile........ A huge task indeed..... If you have FL Studio 12.4.1, the mobile version is in there, as a VST version(same as the IOS/ Andriod/ Windows Mobile version) also, what's good about the Desktop version , is that if you do a project on your IOS device, you can transfer it to the Desktop version, & continue further development to it on your computer. I wait with anticipation for TroubleMaker to be released. keep up the excellent work Jakob. Respect matey.![;) ;)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/wink.png)
Aw, It's my pleasure @Ivan_Dj and thank you so much for watching my stream.
Not my knd'of app but sounds really good.
Oh and thanks for your smile and your sympathy!
I couldn't join but I freaking love your walkthroughs. Thank you. You mentioned a couple of times your ipad is struggling. Which model are you using?
Edit: Nevermind. I just realized you said it was an ipad mini 2. Now I need to see how that stacks up against the Air 2.
I will not buy any more apps, I will make more use of what I have ... watches Jakob ... uses ears and brain ... OK, just one more.
This thing clearly has been well designed for touchscreens and sounds great.
Nice demo as usual Jakob, it's good to see your genuine reactions to an app "live".
This video alone is going to sell truckloads of the app. I bought both RuisMakers and Phasemaker, but wasn't sure this one was for me....until Jakob's video. Now, as soon as Apple get their act together, I'll be buying!
I was particularly impressed with Jakob's mad live jamming skillz. And I need to have another look at figure as it looks like a lot of fun to pair with other Link enabled apps.
Me too, I never use Figure but it worked brilliantly with your app in that vid.
I liked figure initially, but then started to find it very limiting, great fun and quick and easy for jamming but not much fun if you want to start building larger compositions.
Have got troublemaker this morning, and will definitely be making some trouble later tonight...
@brambos MIDI Clock sync would be good in the standalone for using it alongside circuit without needing other apps like Midi Link Sync
, also I cannot see options for selecting physical MIDI Device (Only Bluetooth configuration) and channel, this would also be useful ![:) :)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Yeah, I felt the same about iKaossilator. But Jakob's vid has made me realise I might be missing out - the ease of use in creating a quick beat in Figure is great for AUM hosted jam's. I can couple Figure with Troublemaker as in the vid, record a few clips and then stitch them together in a DAW for a larger composition and more overdubbing. Well I could, but knowing me I'll just muck about having Friday night drunken jam sessions! Just had a sneaky quick jam with Figure and ElasticDrums Linked up, so Troublemaker will fit in nicely there.
I'm not really an acid/dance music fan, but for me looks like the app provides a really solid, and fun to use bass sequencer for my German synth motorik type stuff.
Yeah, it is the sequencer more than the sound that I want, so easy to build a pattern, add ties and glides/slides![;) ;)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/wink.png)
With figure, as long as you are prepared to stitch stuff together after or record live jams it is fine
>
Yeah, me too. Electronic style is not normally my style, but sometimes the inner Krafwerk peeks out.
And it's such a lot of fun, and easy to get something going.
I bet this will sound good alongside ElasticDrums. I'll get Troublemaker later today.
The Air 2 should win in that race! =D
Aw, thank you so much much! =D
LoL! I'll have to be careful! Otherwise my tag line might become "haQ attaQ....it will make you poor". =D
Only poor in the monetary sense....Rich in smile inducing sounds though !
