Not really, asking someone who'd written a song about a political issue to write about a different one is not the same as the pissing over (Wikipedia) 'measures that are intended to avoid offense or disadvantage to members of particular groups in society'. It's not the same at all, is it. Not really.
Thank you. But the anti-PC stuff isn't funny to those of us who've spent chunks of their life fighting against oppression and discrimination, and in some cases still are. The real world is getting scary out there for 'pinkos' or whatever you call lefties like me, and as for Brexit my foreign friends are terrified, and in some cases, beaten to a pulp. Just sayin.
I've kept out of the recent heated threads, and hoped this stuff would go away. Yeah I know: over-sensitive, my fault I'm offended, I should grow up etc. I don't need telling.
