Piano keyboard app advice?

What I'm looking for is a piano keyboard app which can be set to show names of notes, and has Midi out to control app synths.

I can find plenty that show note names, and several that have Midi in....but not Midi out. Surely, such an app exists. Does the learned panel have any recommendation?
