As per your requests! MicSwap Pro update

Thanks to your feedback we've implemented some of the features requested. MicSwap and MicSwap Pro now have state preservation so the last mic and studio is remembered. We also implemented Bluetooth output. If you have any other requests let us know. We're listening. Update is available now. https://itunes.apple.com/us/developer/future-moments/id895157892

  • hey, thanks for making the update! the audio unit is now remembering the mic, so that's an importan fix!
Since you are asking for other requests ... I noticed that when I have two instances of MicSwap audio unit in a project, not both of them will remember their state. (tested in AUM).

oh .... and ... landscape mode for the standalone app?

I must be doing something wrong with this. Apart from the old-school (what looks like) 30's music hall mic, all the others sound within a whisker of each other and have a fair amount of hiss whether I record using them with the built-in iPad mic or the Apogee....admittedly I've only done recording tests into AS rather than within the app itself. I presume there's quite a difference?

  • Thanks again for your feedback.

@nick we're looking in to the multiple instance plugin bug, I'll keep you posted.

@JohnnyGoodyear Between the 13 mics, you should definitely hear a difference depending on what you're recording or running through them. As for the hiss,, what program are you recording into? Do you get a hiss when you record directly into MicSwap Pro?
