Alchemy ios
I am so lucky to have this one including all sound packs on my ipad 4. Imo this is THE best sounding ios app, so complex sound structures, just amazing.
I have all the big ios synths but this one is the only one that stands out. Apple should publish this as a stand alone app again. Massive sales for sure.
Sorry I just had to say this!

You make an interesting point there. If Apple were to unbundle the new Alchemy, sell the unbundled version with access to the original soundpacks, and charge $10 for it, it'd make money on it![ ](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/smiley.png)
Yes it is the Dogs Nuts.![:) :)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Not so sure. The marketing value of integrating it in Garageband (one of their high-visibility first-party flagship iOS products) just in press coverage alone probably exceeds the revenue of a few thousand (tops) copies of a -for most people- rather obscure niche synth.
To Apple, Garageband is not just an app, it's also a valuable marketing tool and a demonstrator for showing off what iOS can do. And having the Alchemy engine integrated is a serious asset here.
Now imagine if Apple made all the GarageBand instruments available as AUv3.. Just to show off the technology?
Yes i would be great, but it's not going to happen.... go on Apple, prove me wrong!
