Which app will show you the scales and matching chords?
Could you pls advise?
I'm looking for an ios app which can show you the scales and matching chords.
For example, I have bought Klimper, which can do this. But the scales in this Klimper are very limited.
I'm thinking about more exotic scales like Arabic, Oriental, Chinese, Vietnamese scales.
Is there an app that will do this task?
Thank you

Piano Chords, Scales Companion PRO is a good one for dictionary like scales and chords, lookup, midi out, reverse scale finder, even has a nice progression builder etc

Arp Pro plays scales, which are melodies, which are monophonic. Group some notes together, and there you have it: Chords in scale. I have a few secret tools, this is one of them.
I second this. You get dozens—hundreds, I believe—of scales to choose from, and for each scale the app shows you chords that work with said scale. The scales are broken into one of several categories:
I'd add that once you find the chords, related to a specific scale, you can add them to a chord sheet, which can then be arranged to create progressions. You can then tap the chord symbols to sound them and rearrange them until you have the progression dialed in just as you like.

Very nice app. It would be even more awesome if it had Audiobus.

Thank you so much for your great advice. I have downloaded most of the recommended apps and will try to learn about them.
I would like to suggest Guitar Gravitas as well. It is the most complete I have found so far.

Chord! is pretty good too.
Freemium - with limited functionality. What is the cost to unlock the full thing? I always run the other direction when they don't make pricing clear.
I believe it is $3.95 to unlock all the features.
