Monitoring audio recording in Cubasis.

I just bought an iconnect midi2+ cheap on EBay.

I want to be able to use Strum on my little windoze tablet.

I can get the midi to play on the tablet and drive strum I can even record the audio onto another track on the iPad but I can't hear what I'm about to record.

I can make it work in Meteor, but I can't see a monitor switch in Cubasis for looking, I'm sure it must be there somewhere though.

It's the BIG Speaker Icon under the Solo Button next to the Round Thing where you arm the track for recording, it turns light blue when monitoring is enabled.

  • Thanks. It doesn't work though probably monitors it back out through the ic2

Usually plugging in head-phones into the iPad headphone socket overrides the external output-device.

I've had no issues with the monitoring in Cubasis with the audio-devices I currently have so it might be related to the ic2...
