suggestion. mic input interface??
i'm trying to figure out an audio interface for both my ipad and macbook. so i basically want to be able to plug a xlr plug( phantom power would be nice, but not nessasary) , and a line in; all via usb port.
does anyone have any ideas?

I have steinberg ur22 mkii and focusrite 6i6. Both work great and i really appreciate the external power(and midi ports), so i dont need to use usb hub and can sync midi between desktop and ipad and trigger external hardware via midi
