LEARN ME: What device?

Besides an iConnect device, what is available that you have used or know that would do the following? Here are the devices and basic concept of what I want to do.

a. Launchpad Pro ----> iPad Air 1 ----------> iPad Air 2

<----AUDIO MIDI---->

b. Launchkey ---------------------> iPad Air 2

<----AUDIO MIDI---->

c. Pocket Operators or other external(mono) audio --------------> iPad Air 2

(I WANT MIDI & AUDIO to go back and forth between iPad Air 1 & Air 2)
What are my options for a connecting these devices like this?

Also, I have my powered USB (x4 ports).

Basically, I want the Launchpad controlling Grid apps and hand controlled apps like TC/Figure/etc. on Air1.

DAW, Synths, Drum apps on AIR2.

well. for that setup literally only iConnect devices will do. its mainly the reason i bought one.
nothing else lets you share single midi controllers between devices. nor pipe audio at the same time between ios devices.
