I've been thinking about this app for a while now and wondering if I'll be getting the best bang for the buck and use the savings to get Madrid and KRFT.
Saw this video and I liked what I heard. Any suggestions?

It's good-sounding reverb. But is it only presets? I have to remember what "Rural Taco Bell at Midnight" sounds like? How much is it compared to the DDMF AU reverb, which I don't have but recall was really nice-sounding.
It's not just presets, there's a panel where you can tweak all the knobs.

Is the Reverb the same as the reverb in the Virsyn Effects? Which means for an extra $3 you get reverb, chorus, flanger, delay, etc?
yup based on your comparison i really really like virsyn, have been waiting a bit because i feel guilty about buying a lot of toys lately. have been meh about ddmf, which i bought and have used a few times, and don't like au:fx space for real sounds. and the fabfilter feels too pricey in comparison, although eventually i'm sure i'll get it, if only to be able to mix at the higher sample rate.
I'd like knobs with numerical values.
I would like to know if there's a significant difference in reverb sound quality between AudioEffx and AudioReverb too.
I don't have AudioReverb to compare sound quality, but here's a screenshot of what controls you get with AudioEffX:
Looking at the screens the dedicated reverb seems to have more controls.
The algorithm in the dedicated AudioReverb app is a hybrid convolution + modelled, I doubt very much it's the same one in the mult-effects app.
However in my tests I posted the dry untreated audio, so you can run a comparison yourselves (I would by I don't own the multi-effects version).
AudioReverb have a lot more control options and can simulate every space you like. It can simulate acoustic fills,drum plates,studio room's,arena's and more. Quality wise I don't hear much difference.
I'm gonna go for this one and Madrid when it goes on sale and save for the Pro-R special. I think it's best bang for buck for now.
