Tweakybeat
Fun app. AB supported.
Comments
TweakyBeat is awesome, check out the devs short video on his YouTube. Works and looks just fine on iPad too, even tho it's not universal.
(But it's had Audiobus for a while now tho ?)
On the app store it says that AB support added with this latest rev.
Weird. It got Audiobus support back in May (and that's the latest update I can see).
I'm pretty sure it just went on sale yesterday or today but yea it got Audiobus a while ago and no recent update
Love this app.
I looked again and saw the last rev was in May. My bad.
The dev released a new synth based drummachine app today, SeekBeats. The app info is basically nonexistent, but I really liked Tweaky so...It doesn't mention Audiobus, but could be underway (since Tweaky got it). Anyone tried it yet? It does look a bit cluttered but also seem to have a more evolved sequencer. If it adds to Tweaky, sound wise, I'd def get it.

That looks very very cool. Slowing my roll on apps for a minute though.
I know, me too. I keep telling me that anyway...
Btw, found this on his site (the video doesn't work ATM, but maybe it's processing for YouTube or something) http://rugoso.com/seekbeats/
Edit: Also sent a mail asking if he has any plans on implementing Audiobus
That looks interesting..if its half as good a tweaky beats its worth getting...tweaky is one of most fun apps to play with..and super simple to use..
Seekbeats is pretty cool IMO. About 25 variations of each sound. Really intuitive parameter controls. Of course no AB yet, but I'm sure that will happen.
It is AB ready....in input slot
Yep Audiobus input support, weird that the dev doesn't mention it in the appinfo. Really nice synth drum machine. 8 voices, 2 oscillator sources per voice. Not quite sure what mgmg4871 means here (maybe the included presets per voice/part?), but it's capable of quite a lot of sounds and obviously more then Tweaky, although it is a more involved synth drum. Tweaky is on the other hand a lot simpler and so much faster to get some basic stuff going in a few seconds. So they don't cancel each other out, so to speak. Anyway, well recommended if you want another synth drum machine. This, iElectribe and Tweaky are my top 3 synth drums, MoDrum gets an honoree mention.
@ChrisG Yes, I was referring to the preset sounds. There's like 25 for each voice/part and there's 8 parts.
Ok got it, yea there's quite a few presets to you started in this one (unlike Tweaky).
Current SeekBeat feature requests from me:
Song Mode (a la DM-1 and similar)
Exporting sessions via email, and support "open in" for its own file format (start a beat on the iPhone, continue on it on the iPad when you get home)
Selectable pattern length between 16 and 32 (per part/track unless that makes it more complicated).
And I like to have 2-4 and 8 Bars section, and Mute Button on Live Record with pad Mode...
And an iPad Native version with no menu' pop up like iPhone5 version (with AB toolbar more little)...
And Midi Learn support for make a Quneo Template for Play and Record without touch the iPad
Updated today to AB remote and, finally, it works with AB + iOS 8.1.4 (I think iOS 8 and later).
It's also free since today

Wow! Great! I got it, but my son will be happy.
Thanks for the heads-up, and thanks ro Mr. Yañez, of course.
Would be great to see a price drop of Seekbeats too. I know for certain 3 people who would by instantly at say half the price.
Spotted this being mentioned in one of Elektron’s YouTube vids...
Had to download, it is minuscule, but addictive and easy to use... ab compatible, works in Aum, great for creating beats to feed into reSlice, or Tardigrade, or whatever... makes some nice fat sounds, I had this running an 87bpm loop feeding multiple channels of replicant and various delays and reverbs using busses in Aum, it was a crazy organic dub glitch generator!
Haven’t gotten around to fully checking midi functionality yet... was getting some stuck notes late last night...
hours of free fun!

oh wow this things is pretty cool. is this what seakbeats is like, but more tweakable?
I would definatly by at half price !
SeekBeats is a fully fledged drum synth -machine, with all the bells and whistles, obviously capable of a much broader range of sounds. It has some really neat “controllable” randomization functions to quickly whip up new sounds while having a pattern running, making it all more approachable. Two very different apps.
