BeepBoop is a synth that may appear to have conventional synth controls but can create all sorts of strange sounds.
Giant Isopod can get you into chaotic mayhem pretty quickly at a decent price. Only problem is, hasn't been updated since 2014, but still works in iOS 10.2. - just may not make the coming 64 bit cut unless the dev hits it pretty quick. But, it's affordable craziness at the moment:

Will correct my first post
I asked a similar question several months ago, and someone mentioned Giantisopod The drones are not as easy to get something cool going, but it's different, very tweakable, universal, and not too pricey at $3. But, a word of warning... hasn't been updated since 2014, so no clue if it'll survive the next iOS update. By the looks of the dated graphics I'd guess it's likely 32bit, but I'm not certain.
I dunno, I feel like I'm getting mixed messages here
No. Not really mixed messages. I would agree with eustressor about the sound. "Mayhem" is a good description. My comment had more to do the ease of taming that mayhem.
I'm glad I bought it, but I'd be wary that it may not function when 32bit apps are dropped. That being said... many have reported the disappearance of 32bit apps already, yet this one is still available. Maybe it's indeed 64bit?
Haha I was just being sarcastic (as you guys said nearly the same thing about the app). Thanks for the suggestion, I've re-downloaded and am messing with it now.
