iWAVESTATION iNTRO: a pdf beginner's guide to the glorious iWAVESTATION
The iWAVESTATION actually isn't all that complex, it's just the layout isn't really straightforward, and I don't think the patches do it justice. This guide is not a comprehensive one, just a little walk through to kind of take you through the paces.

Guide created with Comic Draw.

Nice simple guide that will definitely get you going if you are stuck or just randomly pressing things in iWavestation.
Nice job.
One small thing...can you output a copy at a lower DPI/Quality for storage on the iPad ?
There's only one output in Comic Draw, at least that I can find.
I just compressed it using this https://smallpdf.com/ you get 2 file compresses for free
and it has gone from 36MB to just under 5MB ...you get 2 free compresses

@1P18
What a cool thing you did, many thanks! I've been a little bummed out about how many clams I spent on this, now I'm seeing the bargain this synth actually is...
Nice guide, and much appreciated!
Nice. Useful. To the point. Thanks!
Very generous @1P18 . Thanks much
Thanks a lot @1P18. And @AndyPlankton.
All thanks go to @1P18 I did nothing but compress the file.
Awesome, thank you
It's a remarkable synth. The wave sequence alone would almost be enough, but then you have all the morphing and modulation possibilities, and also the performance mixer which I'm not sure I'll even use. The possibilities are staggering.
Main thing though is the wave sequence, which this guide gives you a bird's eye view of (go closer in for a bit more detail). Once you understand that that's the main component, you can kind of build from there.
Also, don't sleep on the effects (which I only briefly pointed to) or the in app joystick and X/Y pad controller. The effects can put the finishing touches on a patch, or even liven things up and salvage a patch gone astray, and the controller can provide for some unique expression.
All in all the iWAVESTATION is a gem, and almost a hidden one at that.
Nicely done.
Great work. Thanks for the doing and the sharing.
Great stuff! Thank you
This is pretty cool. Nice work
thank you 1P18.
Thanks guys!
Great. Thanks for sharing
Another small tip worth noting: most of the waves are bunched together by type on the cards, so when putting together a sequence it helps to duplicate the wave rather than adding a wave with the plus sign. That way you can tap on the duplicated wave and easily find a similar type of wave to use.
That's probably the biggest downside: no search function like the iM1.
Is there a trick to grabbing the little white squares that control crossfade and length on an iPhone 6S screen?
Thanks for the tutorial/infographic. Good to have. This app is so deep, I think out of all of the synths I have I enjoy just tinkering with this one the most. Even more than Model 15.
Awesome, thanks!
I'm on an iPad screen which is also a bit fiddly, but I've been treating the gesture more as a swipe than a tap and hold/move and it seems to help. You still have to be precise with the initial target, but it seems to grab hold a little easier. Or at the very least you avoid potentially bringing up the card window or wave menu.
Hi, the guide no longer exists at the url. Does anybody have a copy?

Late to party, but big thanks for this. Wavestation (of any kind, iOS or otherwise) is my fav. This is great.
Thanks very much
