Are the Animoog expansion packs worth the cashola, and if so do they ever go on sale? I am not a whiz on patch creation, alas.

They are very good. I love presets, and the variety is excellent.
Yes, there are some great sounds, I got all of them.
I like them too (at least from what i remember).
It's still a mysterium too me that there is no "open in" for importing timbres and presets.
The way trough i-tunes or even third party applications via pc/mac is in no way how it should work for a mobile device.
I wonder why Moog doesn't want to include these "basic" features.
It would be so much more easy.
