Please recommend USB powered hub for my iMac
I can't seem to find a quality powered HUB for my USB keyboards and iPad. I've bought a couple that are powered but they don't charge my iPad (though they do charge my iPhone). I had another one that was causing kernal panics. Ready to spring for a quality hub now!
thank you!

I have one of these. Works fine. Look at the Plugable line to see what meets your requirements.

thank you. Unfortunately, this does not charge the iPad.
It charges mine
o wow! I have iPad Air 2. forgot to mention that up front...
I use Plugable USB3 hubs too, they charge my Air2 as well, albeit very slowly.
I found these 2. Seem really good. Anyone have any experiences with either of these?

I've used Sabrent devices before. They work fine. OWC is a good vendor.
I have this Anker in use with my iMac and couldn't be happier with it. Charges everything and works a treat with all my drives, midi controllers etc
thank you! Just ordered this. much appreciated...
I've had excellent results with Plugable hubs.
Reporting back, this hub is excellent and couldn't be better for what I need.
I recently picked up an Aukey - USB 3.0 w one 2.4 port, 5 ports w/ 500ma - w/ data sync). Also has a gigabit Ethernet port. I wrote some notes about it - https://aud-ios.com/2017/04/09/review-aukey-6-port-usb-3-0-hub-with-gigabit-ethernet-2-4-charging-port/
