I love the sampler. it is all I use in it. Great for really manipulated / sexy fxy stuff.
It's great, but it is definitely not for everybody. Watch some vids first.

It ain't DM1 or Rock Drum Machine. It's a drum synth (now with sampler) in the seekbeats/electribe family.
I use it because my ears are tired of traditional drum machines. I suspect I'm not alone. I also use patterning for the same reasons but ED is universal so I can tinker on the phone on the go.

You can use it as a drum synth, and with the addition of sample import, load authentic/real world/traditional/acoustic drum and percussion sounds.
It's a great sequencer and for deep flux in a league of it's own.
