@flo26 really picked up a Neumann because if it was an April Fool's bit it would be a vintage U-67 used on Dark Side of the Moon...
Seriously, that TLM 103 will be with you the rest of your life and will just keep sounding better and better every year.
I never have owned a Neumann but several project studios owned by friends had a few in their lockers. Listening to a U87 on a female vocal session in my early 20's blew me away and made me recognize that all the hype about Neumann mics was deserved.
