I wondered if it might be helpful if we made a list for newcomers here and to the world of music making? I've noticed people using them lots on here, to the point that it could be seen as unnecessarily difficult for newcomers to comprehend what we are on about.

We could add to the list as we go along. So each time you add one, you copy the list up to that point and add the new One to the list. So we would use the following format:

AB: (iOS app) Audiobus
KARP: (hardware or app) Arp Odyssey remake by Korg
Oddy: (hardware or app) Arp Odyssey remake by Korg
OSC: (component) Oscillator. General synthesis component
PO: (saying) Saying characterised by one of the Audiobus Forums members to suggest 'that line of conversation, may lead to argument or cause offence'
SPA: (iOS app) StepPolyArp
