  • I'm a big fan of Nave and use it all the time. iSem's useful as an AU instrument, don't really use iSpark as I could never get my head around it.

Don't recall any crashes with Nave, pretty stable for me and I tweak it like a mad tweaker.

  • I must've missed something. Did Rolf actually say he was no longer working on iOS stuff, either for Waldorf or Arturia?

Sums me up nicely, except I did have a date or two with iSpark recently which went pretty well....

Not that I'm aware of. Just more pessimistic speculation AFAIK.

Phew. I can just about deal with speculation. As long as there's at least a slim chance it's not true.

Most likely, I'm sure they'd keep them ticking along to keep future sales trickling in.

No crashes when tweaking here either though it was depressing before I got Air 2...

    That's very interesting.

2gb ram helps probably - it's a pretty hungry synth as a vst as well

The touch screen seems to have latency in the video.

That is more a mirror than a touchscreen :(

  • Beautiful sounding synth. Congrats to Rolf.

Very cool to see that it has USB host mode. This and the new MPCs are the only ones I know of so far. I happily await this becoming the norm.

    Yup.

It made a difference, most everything settled nicely. Except I still seem to be chasing Auria Pro, which has been going on since before it went pro and I had iPad 1...

Seems he's been busy with Waldolf .
My hopes for iSpark Modular GUI & midicontrol update are dashed .
    iSem may also suffer .
Nave may benefit as hardware synth uses Nave engine .

Have not opened up iSpark in a while... Actually since I discovered KRFT...

  • Nave pretty stable here (Air 2 latest iOS) Tweaking only a few nights ago. Have only ever had one crash to background with no loss (touch wood).

  • No issues with Nave for me either.
