ScalePlay & One’s Burgeoning Miscellany of Apps
ScalePlay looks interesting and Music App Blog has a promising review* of it.
Would you know of an app that already covers what ScalePlay can do? Do you feel it’s a worthy contender to add to one’s burgeoning miscellany of apps?
I need to balance my time, creativity and financial resources between saving mankind from itself, and buying apps that I'll never fully learn how to use let alone need; and as such I look to the insightful contributors of this forum for any and all guidance.
*Caveat: it would appear Music App Blog’s author has never met an app he does not like.

But his reviews are so detailed and thorough that it's usually pretty easy to tell whether you'll like the app too![;) ;)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/wink.png)
John's reviews are second to none (and the guy is incredibly fast too - he must have an army of elves help him test and write these reviews)....
Well, at a filesize of 20 MB, there should be enough space for it on even the most tightly-packed devices. /Wink
My wife would change the locks if I refused to agree with you, but back to the substance of the post...or at least back to a substance of some sort...
I wonder if Music App Blog just doesn't bother writing up apps he doesn't like following the old if you can't say anything nice don't say anything principle.
As for the scale play app it is interesting but I've not managed to find a lot of use for it, but it's nice to see it's still getting regular updates.

Maybe he just reviews the apps he likes? His reviews are the best, they are the closest you get to a manual for a lot of poorly documented apps.
Agreed
It is in my "Sequencers and ARP" folder of apps on my AIR2, lately it keeps getting my attention to either use it or lose it.
Is there any way to synchronize time with other applications? I did not find anything about it in the documentation.
Very good points! Ashley Elsdon and Tim Webb both do a good job at letting us know what’s coming up. But the thoroughness of those descriptions on MAB make a huge difference.
Also, it’s quite possible that John Walden has tried and disliked a number of apps, and decided not to talk about them. Y’know what they say, “If you don’t have anything nice to say…”. (Disclaimer: this idea is something which has been on my mind for a new online project.)
