Bass and SoftStep 2 into iPad
I'm on the fence about buying a soft step 2 but i'm a bit confused about how can i connect both my bass and the soft step 2 to the iPad.
Actually i'm using an apogee jam and cck to connect the bass, do i need an audio/midi interface to connect both?
if so... can you suggest some interface considering that soft step 2 is usb midi unless i buy also the SoftStep Midi-Expander?

You need a (powered) hub plugged into your iPad. Softstep2 and AudioInterface go into that hub, and you're good to go (working reliably here for years, though with different AudioInterface)... . Have fun. Cheers, t
