Weird issue involving Behringer UMC204HD and Amplitube

Opening Amplitube reduces the input from the Behringer to 75% rendering my electric guitar almost completely inaudible. To fix it I have to open an app that will allow me to adjust the input back to 100% (Amplitube doesn't for some reason, but Amplitube Acoustic does). If I were to go into Amplitube and leave any app I then go into will also have the input reduced. I've been going through my apps and so far it's only the IK ones that lower the input from the interface. I'm not sure who or what is truely at fault.

Comments

  • Well, deleting and reinstalling Amplitube seems to have fixed it. Maybe something was wrong with my particular version of Amplitube. Still kind of odd. In Amplitube the input slider is grayed out and unadjustable. In Amplitube Acoustic it is adjustable.

  • The input slider in AmpliTube doesn't work with my Apogee Jam either. It's been disabled for a few months. Not sure why.
