Is it possible?
To record a recording that's already been made from that app into another in audiobus because I can't make it work. This is the scenario: I wrote something in drumpad24 which has no acp but has ab. So I play it in the input slot while recording in the output but it doesn't record anything. Yet I can record the pads if I play them while recording. Is this just not possible???
Thanks so much. It just seems like something that SHOULD be possible. The only way to get the song out of that app is to use iTunes file sharing and that's just a pain especially when the app went to the extent to get ab why not acp? or this solution which obviously isn't one but I think should be. Any thoughts?
Thanks so much
Maria

You can play the recorded material into a daw or audioshare (free) that's in output or a effects app in effects slot via Audibus. For instance you could have drum pad 24 in input, garageband or audioshare in output. Or drumpad 24 in input and AUFX DUB or AUFX Space in effects with output set to speaker. You would the set AUFX to record. You press record icon on Audiobus remote from within DrumPad 24. Hope this is what you need.
Sounds like a bug with drumpad24 if the pads record via audiubus but the recording doesn't. I'd contact the developer.
Yep, just tried it myself. Recordings aren't on the bus. I wonder if it is on upgraded versions. I'd just skip recording in app and record to another AB app like mgmg4871 suggested.
@mgmg4871: What do you mean by (free)? AudioShare is not normally free. It was once, for 24 hours, however.
...and for the use I get out of it, I would have gladly paid double for it...and I paid full price! It really is worth it!
AudioShare - one of the 'must have' apps for iOS music.
Worth every penny.
You lookin' for rouble?
You've come to the right place...
Sorry about that @ Jonatan. I don't know what I was thinking. I guess I wasn't thinking. Gotta stop posting in the wee hours. I hope I got you some free airtime out of that snafu. Lol
@mgmg4871: No worries
I have the upgraded version which just takes the ads away.. Someone somewhere else said that its not as much a bug as a choice on the developers part to omit that coding or that ability to do this. I have since abandoned this idea for now and just used iTunes file sharing to export my track and then just opened it in Auria. I just detest having to hook my iPad to my computer with all the advances in the past 8 months that we have audiobus it just seems aniquated!!! Thanks anyway!
