Video...MOOG Model 15 SINFONIETTA SINTESI Sound Pack Demo

This is so classic, remember way way back in the day when the big Moogs were just starting out with people Walter Carlos and ELP, Wakeman etc. when people were trying to actually synthesize orchestral sounds, like Tomita etc. Well this pack is like that, leaning more towards orchestral sounds than anything else although there are a few other types of sound in there.

The brilliance of it is that it really does sound like those sounds did years ago. And again fantastic for delving in and learning more about modular synths.

Comments

  • Are there any other sound packs anyone one would like to hear from Model 15

Thanks for the demos, Doug. I know this is a bit old stuff, but how about demoing some the Animoog IAP's? Can't seem to find much on the interweb about those, only a few pure audio demos. Nothing like stuff I know you can provide.

  • That thing sounds fantastic!!
    Thanks!

  • Is it wierd that I don't like the sounds in this pack at all :/ guess I was just born too late to appreciate them... love mercurial strategies though.

Sure, Minimoog Model D, Monster Moog and Vintage Synth primarily. But also the Greatfull Dead and Devine has my interest.
