Picked up my first one back in '95. Pretty hardcore. I still take it out for a spin every now and then.
I only have one vintage analog — the cheapest — a JX8P. It has issues though — occasional stuck keys, so I don't play it much these days. As vintage synths get older it will become harder to find ones in good condition, so I think the few that are around will command a premium price. I doubt most old digital gear will ever command the same premium prices though no doubt there will be some exceptions. The JD-990 for example has a reputation that may push up its value.
I though the new MS20 'mini' versions would push down the price of my old, full sized one, but nope, still seems to be holding its value.
As for guitars - I was pricing up old Rickenbacker 4001/3's a few years ago, but hesitated at the average £1200 prices. Now you can't get one for under £4K.....
