To Developers - Autoducking AUv3 app?
How difficult would it be to make a simple autoducking AUv3 app? (This isn't a complaining question but rather a legitimate question.) What I mean is an AUv3 that emulates sidechain compression instead of actual sidechain compression, like these things...

It could be as simple as FL Studio Mobile 3's autoducking effect (although I'd prefer the option of concave to linear to convex time envelopes, not just concave to linear, and would like the added option of tightening the curve to duck just the transients all the way to a full on pumping effect). Otherwise it could be something a little more advanced like Nicky Romero's Kickstart.
My preference would be something similar to Kickstart, but even something simple would be better than nothing, and I'm willing to shell out at least a solid $9.99 (and tax) to purchase it from the Appstore.
So, the question is, can somebody please develop an autoduck AUv3 effect or at least spread the word to other developers to get something in the works? Thank you.

another example of this is Xfer's Lfotool. and hell yes i want this as an AUx. +1000
This would be cool. And while we're on the subject, I'd also throw my vote in for one of those plugins that emulates listening through speakers....on headphones. Because those are fun and some of us have to keep the noise down.

Ah yes, like Toneboosters' Isone!![:) :)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I should say that'd be a bit trickier to code and more processor-heavy compared to autoducking given you need to get into HRTFs and all that, but hopefully the iPad Pro 2 will inspire devs to work on more HRTF-related audio tools. Fingers crossed both of these will be done soon.
@jwmmakerofmusic yes that type of thing. The one I was thinking of, because it's so straightforward, is Redline Monitor. Hopefully these things will come in time
Hopefully so mate. Meantime, hopefully someone skilled in crafting great AUv3 apps like @brambos can make the autoduck effect or knows of someone up to the task.
