I'm not getting to the video via the link. Will go look on your site.
This one: edit: fixed
Thanks for the video, Doug.
If you have both, did you find remarkable differences comparing iPhone/iPad versions?
I fixed the link and many thanks to @ccs2
I don't have the iPhone version but I would think its the same, I'd be really surprised if it wasn't
ok, the bass note at 4.58 sold me - thanks Doug!
I've got the iPhone version and seems the same to me, apart from a reduced UI size when used on the iPad, and (weirdly) more notes visible on the onscreen keyboard.
A few bugs (I had some stuck notes, and the preset menu is difficult to use) but some good, big sounds. What I really like though is the modulation options - really easy to assign a range of controllers to each knob.
I probably didn't need this as I can get similar sounds from Cyclop, but the UI is a bit more friendly, it's good to have another synth on my iPhone and nice to support one of my favourite developers.
Ah, Doug, you have more enthusiasm than Watson the Wonder Dog after a sausage, and I love your reviews because of it. But I'll need to see a few more demos of this before I can convince myself I need another synth.
Partly, I must admit, it's the price tag. No doubt great value for musicians like yourself, who can coax the best out of it from day one. But for a fumbling fool like me, it's more than I budget to take a punt on.
I'm liking the vocal filter sounds! And seems to have more modulation options under the hood than first appears.
The iphone version is much cheaper and runs on Ipad just fine. Cool part is you can get two instances going this way. Whoot!

Thanks, AudioGus. I'll check that out.
Thanks for clarify it.
Weird thing to me is Ipad version requires iOS 9.0 or later, but iPhone version needs 10.0 or later (I wonder why).
Since I have one iPhone 5s up to date and one iPad4 running the last iOS9.x version, I don't know what to do.
The iPhone version is waiting for the update, this version has. Just been updated so they think that the iPhone update will drop very very soon
Website shows 1.0.1 for both of them (May 8th for iPhone, one day before iPad). I wonder if future update will bring it up iOS 9.x compatibility. Right now, it's just curiosity.
Probably I´ll buy the iPhone version playing via the M-Audio 32. Like the sounds a lot.
Great demo, Doug - your preset video compliments Jacob's "inner workings" video quite nicely![:+1: :+1:](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/+1.png)
Love the sounds, but I'm having a lot of trouble getting to the various "Controllers" areas. Right now it's stuck on one of the controller screens and I can't get it to switch to the other.
There's only one screen - you select your controller with a long press on the knob you want modulated, and then adjust the parameters on the controllers screen for that option (e.g. Sequencer)
Just tap the tab at the top to close.
OK - THAT was confusing (meaning the interface, not your instructions). Thanks for the help. Must read manual.
No problem. Check out Jakob's vid in this thread, he goes into the modulation options in this one: https://forum.audiob.us/discussion/18767/unique-for-ipad-by-sugarbytes-guide-and-review-haq-attaq-222#latest
That's a really good video - it explains a great deal.
Yeah it's great. Doug's vid sold it to me in the sounds though, so between them they give a really good overview of the app.
I just got TF8 and have been so greatly impressed by the sounds and Arps. I think this ones is on my hook.
