Alchemy? ? ? Apple updated the app and I didn't know? ? ?
I deleted Alchemy when Apple took over and I couldn't download all the packs I bought. I tried again about three months ago same thing cant download or restore purchases. So today I decided to re-download since Apple updated Garagband and OMFG I could restore my Purchases. Every single pack came back and it unlocked the pro version. Dont know how or when but thanks FYI

That's great news. Was Garageband updated for you recently though? It still shows January 21st on the App Store
I was hopping maybe there was a glitch in the AppStore, but tried restore purchases and nothing happened . Is there an option to unlock a "pro" version of Alchemy inside GarageBand?

I tried restoring purchases, but it didn't work...probably because I never got the chance to make any (haha). Playing around with it for a few minutes did recall the trauma I experienced when they went dark though, so thanks for that!
Seriously, though, I am still sad I never hit go on that All Pro Sounds pack in time and if anyone ever wants to sell or trade an iPad with it installed and working, I'm your guy...it still just sounds SO good.
You know, I've never even spent any time with what they integrated in GarageBand...is it great or a shadow of its former self?

I would get exited if all the Alchemy Sound-Packs were available in the GB version of Alchemy with added AUv3 support...
to be honest they seem like two different apps. I dont see any options for it.
Every time I dig into GarageBand I find something new...
This time it was recording of automation and this is actually quite handy with Alchemy!
Downside though is that there is no detailed editing of the data, not even removal of the automation other than deleting the section. But other than that quite cool!

I thought the Sound Packs were for Alchemy in GarageBand. My mistake !
Still GarageBand remains great source for sampling
Thay made alot of improvements But my one issues is the bit rate and sample rate of garageband
Was able to restore packs and Pro Upgrade a while back...
Unfortunately the "this app won't work in future IOS versions" pop-up remains...and when the link is followed (to Settings) Alchemy us in the list of the non-64s and the second link says "not currently available in AppStore"
I discovered the same. There's more to GB than initially meets the eye.
