New Comprehensive SoundFont for bs-16i (now V2)
Just letting bs-16i users know that I have just today completed a new free SoundFont designed primarily for the live performer with a midi keyboard. The main goal was to have one high quality piano (15 velocity layers plus optional resonance) as well as a full selection of other instrument sounds similar to those found on medium to high-end keyboards but will still fit on an iPad Air 2 or iPhone 6s or above (sorry these are the minimum specs for this SoundFont set but I do have smaller sets available on my site).
The Nice-Keys-Ultimate-V1.0 set is 1150mb in size, is free and is listed as the first set on my site.

I currently have the bs16i offloaded until I get more storage, but I went ahead and downloaded this soundfont. It will certainly make a great addition, and you can't beat the price! Thanks for the heads up
Set 1 on my site has now been updated to Version 2.0 which now includes two new pianos (Dark and Mellow Grands). The two new pianos were the "missing sounds" for those who prefer a less bright in your face sound.
I'll be rolling out the new pianos to some of the other sets soon.

Good news - I've now included the new Grands in some of the smaller sets including one that takes up only 237mb of Ram (Piano set 4b) "SalamanderUltraCompact-V2.0 " so if you have an older device this might suit.

Are u getting the 10.5 or 12.9?
Plan is to get a 12.9, but if the 10.5 has the the iPhone 7plus camera I might get it instead. I have to see the final CPU, memory, screen, etc. specs before I make my final decision. Hoping for 512GB storage, but it hasn't been mentioned in all the "leaks." I really do want the 12.9 and pencil though. Want to able to write music using the pencil and have it converted to something clean and digital, might start with something like Notate
