No Sound when attempting to play Sunrizer or iMS20 live into Multitrack DAW

Hi,

I am taking my first trip on the Audiobus and its got a flat tyre already.....

I have recorded drums into Multitrack DAW on 2 separate tracks and I now want to play and record a nice funky baseline.

The 3rd track is setup and ready to receive Sunrizer Moog Bassline, I hit play and record on DAW I can hear the drums start to play but as I play the keyboard on the Sunrizer Synth there is no sound ????

This is the same when i try iMS20?

The sound may come in randomly on some of the notes if I keep playing but it's exactly that...randomly.

Am I missing something really obvious here?
