IOS Developer Appreciation Day May 20, 2017

To Me Im thankful and rush to give my money to these developers and many more. I love how they make more than one app for use to choose from. I dont like being stuck with one synthesizer or one beat machine or one DAW. If I get bored or need inspiration IOS provides me with all I need for creativity. At the quality I need none the less.
To me the following developers/companies have an auto payment out of my wallet anytime they release anything for the IOS platform. Call it loyalty trust gratefulness thankfulness appreciation but thats how I am in the IOS world. I buy and support I will beta test and give good feed back for us as a community. Im tired of IOS musicians being looked at as rent-a-cops of the music world. I have soft synths outboard gear and studios I go to other than mines and my iPad pro is my go to first. My choice my preference...
I want to send a special thanks to the Developers that make my music fun again......Please take my money with more great apps lol

Exactly my thoughts too mate. This whole positive vibe to come together to honour the devs (especially the independent devs) who do right by us. :)

Oh, and let's not forget @Rej who made Caustic 3. A father with a day job, and yet he managed to create one of the best music apps on Android and one of my top faves on iOS. Took him a while to update that app, but man what a great update. :)

Also @BastienCo (UVI/Beathawk) who keep churning out those incredible expansion packs and Beathawk stabilization updates.

I forgot who Xewton's contact here was, but just so they know I appreciate them too! Music Studio is probably the first DAW-styled software for iOS, and it still doesn't cease to amaze me with all it can do.

I can't recall any others offhand who weren't mentioned yet. :)

  • An easy way to honor your favorite developer - go leave a review or two on the App Store! Let the public know you use and appreciate the apps!

On my way now to give big ups to Audiobus and AUM. I've been using them both for a long time and they surely deserve some celebration in making iOS music special!

  • Thanks, you guys =) We love you too!!

    great ideal

  • +1. It has made my dream come true of being finally able to own my very own Synth. A thank you to all of the iOS genius Devs that has made this possible! As well as IOS music making in general. It has changed my life for the better. Cheers!!!

While it pains me to say this because they annoy me on various levels, this is the strangest thread in history praising everybody for IOS, accept Apple ?

This thread isn't about praising iOS though. It's about thanking and acknowledging the many developers who make the amazing apps we all use on iOS. Apple gets enough praise daily. I think we can spare some room here to thank / praise the developers specifically. That's not really that strange at all in my opinion.

As I write this, my iPad is stuck in portrait mode, which means some of the menu options on this site are unavailable to me, a bug they introduced and repeatedly fail to fix.

I appreciate greatly the devs that make the software I love, but these days it's difficult to feel the same for the big A.

Sure thing ..I'm very thankful for Apple for low latency high performing devices and software that enable me to be artistically creative no matter where I am. What we have now is what I only dreamed about decades ago.

Pretty sure Garage Band is slick, oh and that little thing called AUv3, I dont really like Apple but come on.

Look man your missing the point of the post either show love or stop the bullshit. We all know its Apple products but bro come on show love or get on apple forum. If you dont have anything good to say about the developers or companies then just dont say anything. Your opinion is yours we dont need negativity. OMG somebody thank apple so this cry baby will drop it.

    ?

  • Late to the party but surely receiving pittance for creating miracles deserves a tad more gratitude. So @Rhism if you're listening, pm me the location and length of time away from home (within a month please) and you can do what the fuck you want with me. I warn you though, I have incredibly high tolerance levels. :)

You are all wonderful people. Thank you.

  • oh lord kumbaya...

  • (Thanks devs, just updated my reviews :) )

This list is amazing! Thanks for including us amongst such awesome developers and apps. Besides seeing messages like this, I'll speak for most developers and say that we all love seeing reviews in the App Store! :) We are thankful that you use our products. Please share your music with us. We love to listen! - Taylor
