  • @JR1971 I totally agree. A few emails to Dev may make this happen.

  • Def longer strum!

  • This is a great app but I'd like to be able to share/ backup presets in an easier way say Dropbox than the dreaded iTunes file sharing method. I have CPP on my iPad and phone and it would be great to have the same presets on both without programming twice.
It would be nice to have a latch mode programmable per pad so the chord sustains when you touch a pad and releases when you touch it again. You could program some pads to latch and some not and have multiple latch pads to build up layers or a mode when you touch a second pad it unlatches the previous pad.
I think the strumming feature needs to be a basic arpeggiator where you set the rhythmic division to 1/8 or sixteenth notes or whatever and the notes are played back in the order they are entered on the keyboard.

Another feature I would love is the option to switch the keyboard to a guitar neck. Absolutely love this app! Also it would be cool if the notes would sound when you select them on the keyboard. I've written the dev with these suggestions.

  • You do know you can control the length of strum from slide under Strumming right? Just choose pad and adjust slide pup for longer strum.

Yea it doesn't adjust the length very much is the problem

  • Another great app from this dev! I think it would be awesome if they integrated ChordPolyPad into StepPolyArp. Best of both worlds!

  • I tried to control StepPolyArp with ChordPolyPad via 'midi in' on the same ipad, and this works fine.
@lostmemories - are you the developer of these great apps?

It works with both set to ChordPolyPad virtual midi port. CCP set to out, SPA set to in. I also have SPA triggering Looptical at the same time. Only problem I haven't figured out how to change octave. This would be a nice setup recording into Looptastic.

  • @mgmg4871:
I wrote my feature request to the developer. I get back to you with the latest news.
Using SPA and CPP vice versa is a good idea, I have to try it later...

  • Hi, I just contacted the developer and he will take my feature request to the 'wish list'. If you find my feature requests helpful (postet here), please contact also the developer to show him our attention to ChordPolyPad: http://laurentcolson.com/contact.php

    Thank you!
