  • I'd written this one off due to various user complaints about the interface, and the fact it's not Universal. But, after your video... I'm reconsidering this one. Thanks!

    My pleasure!

Btw, I never checked the AppStore to see if it was universal. I think i just took it for granted. Maybe Thell add this for the future?

Users complained about the very similar interface for their Pads app too, but I like it and have no issue with the interface. Kind of assumed this one would be universal too though.

I don't understand why (other than aesthetics) would a developer go for three very sparse pages rather than a one page approach. Maybe it's just me but this comes right after the sound and midi on my list of priorities.

Hmmm... I don't know. Watching the video, it really didn't bother me much at all. Kind of keeps you focussed on one thing at a time. With the sort of simple line drawing style, if you put all of that on one page, it might make it look unnecessarily complex. With other designs where your have more defined controls, and virtual sections for each set of controls, it's easier to find what you're looking for.

I'd have to see it all laid out on one screen, but I bet it would be confusing since everything kind of looks the same.
