Embertone Sensual Sax update issue
Anyone used Embertone Sensual Sax as an AU in Cubasis project before and after the latest update?
Before the update my project loaded fine and then I had to move the sex knob around to where I had left it previously.
The update this morning mentioned AU3 state saving which I thought would save me the job of manually tweaking the sex knob (oo-err!) but now my project will not load at all. It gets stuck on loading Embertone Sensual Sax AU

However: @embertone are you aware of this issue?
This is a project I am working on with Doug @thesoundtestroom . I have a mixdown from before the update but it would be a real pain to lose all individual tracks I recorded and I have more tracks to add and mix. So I hope it is a quick fix!
Big risk of AU updates. The hosts will have to become more resilient
Just did a quick test in a GB new project and the plugin freezes on project reload
I would suggest @embertone start a beta program to avoid bringing down projects all over the world in the future
Oh man I should have known better also. Beta definitely needed.
Just tried a new project in AUM, and Sensual Sax loads fine, and reloads without any issue. This is with today's IOS update. Are others here running that?
I am currently on iOS 10.3.1 so maybe I will upgrade my iOS then and see if that helps

Hi Alex. I finally managed to get into my Cubasis project again by uninstalling the Sensual Sax app, re-booting iPad and I replaced the Embertone Sax with something else . Then I re-downloaded the updated app and opened up the Cubasis project and re-added Emberton and tweaked the sex knob to where I wanted it. Just to test I closed and restarted Cubasis and the project loaded OK although the sex knob was back at zero (not a big issue - just glad to get back into my project!)

Ok, so a new update for Sensual Sax is out (thanks @embertone ). I updated thinking this would fix the previous issue and also save the state of the sex knob. It did neither
I had to delete and reinstall the Sensual Sax app to be able to open my Cubasis project again and the position of the knob is lost if I exit Cubasis and relaunch it. Maybe I am misunderstanding AU3 state saving?
To deal with this I've positioned it using the MOD-wheel instead of the user interface. It seems to persist this way
