  • Thanks for this, Mitch. I'm sure gobs of folk will find it useful.

  • Very informative. I enjoy this style of video much more than the quick look type. Good work.

  • wonderful video. thanks!

  • Great job. Thanks for doing it. That illustrates a fundamental mixing concept and a great strength of AUM very clearly. I'm not into making videos, so I'm glad there are others like you that do.

  • I had some unwanted weirdness with AUM using it "in anger" in a multi-person live-jam last night.
I was using AUM with Animoog, SoftDrummer and Group The loop - on an iPad Air 2.
When using the fader in AUM to control the Animoog volume level while sustained notes were left playing in Animoog the fader would repeatedly for some reason jump from the current low volume ( say 10% ) position to over 50 - even 60% - causing a very unwanted increase in volume through a loud PA.
The fader behaved kind of "jumpy" instead of smooth.
Anyone else come across this ?
The other thing worth mentioning was I was using a Korg MicroKey Air 37 over Bluetooth into Animoog. Dunno if that had anything to do with it.

you probably accidentally midi mapped the fader to something.
