imho 'more multitouch friendly' isn't really a point.
TC-11 and TC-Data implement a lot of functionality, but are rarely used beyond mindless tapping and swiping.
People request presets and more presets - obviously they don't even care about synth structure, let alone modulation pathes and controller calibration for deliberate action.
There's more applause for a 'random feature' usually

iVCS3's mod-matrix columns are logically arranged with nice clear labels. It helps that all paths are close together and I don't need to be searching all over the place.
