Which MIDI helper can do this?
I want to make my newly acquired used Livid Minim more useful by converting the Note on messages into CCs. So, Minim sends note on (eg E1) and I want a converter to send a CC 100 with a value of 127. Then another note on, sends CC100 with value zero.
I have midi designer and it looks on the surface like it should work. However it requires me to press each button twice to get the desired result and the whole super controller and sub controller is a bit unwieldy to set up a bunch of buttons. Is there an app that makes this all easier? Maybe MIDI flow?

I only bought 'Controller remapping' and not 'controller conditions' so I can't say for sure but certainly @JohannesD can tell you how to do it.
Sounds like you need a Controller Remapping with "key" as input controller and mode: latch. Output should be a control change. http://www.midiflow.com/documentation/#controller-remapping
