Orig iMPC app SAVED! 64 bit
Very Cool.
Tabletop as well.
Only if now HOOK has iaa and Tabletop Audiobus I would be truly happy.
Glad to see this app saved.

hahahahaha
jk..... congrats
Last time I checked you still needed to hook up the iPad to a computer in order to delete user-recorded samples.
I guess the update to iMPC was needed since it's one of the TableTop ready instruments.
(I have already deleted all 32-bit apps from my iPad, at least those that are on the 'list').
I think the original impc has the best trigger response of any app, don't know how they accomplished that
I was also surprised and after many years I saw it as IAA instrument , AT LAST !
I thought retronyms is making a dynamic come back until I realized that it couldn't sync to host (AUM) , then there wasn't any IAA panel , then no sound when on background.
Emailed support, fast but disappointing answer:
iMpc classic cannot be hosted on an IAA host, it's made that way to support Tabletop 64 bit.
Ok, I redownloaded Tabletop , looking for new features ( Link , AudioShare , basic midi support) , but it remained the same ( can't comment on the bundle price , since price is a subjective thing...). Saw in the impc description, improved support for Tabletop , added the iMpc classic device and it remained the same , with no FX section.
Deleted , will wait 3 more years....
I didn't even bother. Not worth my time anymore
Yeah what is it with devs and their whole closed ecosystems? Retronyms with tabletop (which is garbage, imo) and Roli with Noise.
RETRONYMS!!!!!!!!!
actually I prefer closed systems on the ipad, If I'd wanted to do all the au/ daw stuff I wouldn't have bought an iPad as I can do all of that on my computer, it's just when they don't work that bothers me
IAA and pattern chaining... is it too much to ask for?
Yes. I've been asking for much needed features for a at least a year now. I don't get a response anymore and I'm a beta tester.
