Hello I'm new here.
My names Greg, as the title suggest this is my first post. I've been lurking on here for a long time and figured I'd finally attempt to contribute something if I'm ever in the know how, which is rarely the case. I've enjoyed hearing a lot of your music and have learned a ton from this forum and some of its youtubeing members so I just wanted to say thanks for doing stuff.

Welcome to these humble forums mate.
Hopefully you'll become a regular here. If you ever need help with a stubborn app, let us know. Cheers.
Welcome Greg, I am a relative newcomer here also, been making music since my days with an Atari ST and a Sampler cartridge and an Acorn Electron before that ...
Welcome! As you've seen this place is a treasure of experience and knowledge plus a bunch of helpful gifted musicians! I'm just learning so much from them all!
Well, any questions feel free to ask and never feel bad if no one answers, which occasionally happens for whatever reason. But mainly it's when there's a new release or something and all the attention is going to that.
Just feel free to ask and contribute your opinions in this very friendly forum.
Enjoy yourself. There are very many well informed helpful people here, and the proportion of those who aren't nice is way lower than anywhere else.
Welcome Greg, I'm relatively new too. You're among a good group of people here!
Thanks guys:) I've been making music for for 20 years or so but only in the last year started to really get into electronic music and synths. I was always a punk/metal guy and honestly didn't realize the variety and possibilities that were available with this stuff, I'm like a kid in a candy shop.
'm like a kid in a candy shop.

I hope you have deep pockets. 'Cause when you discover apps like Auria Pro, and Fab Filters, you'll need cash. There are also loads of apps not as expensive, but still brilliant. Look up Patterning, Fugue Machine, ThumbJam, and AUM, just for starters,
Welcome aboard![:) :)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Oh I'm already deep in that rabbit hole haha, over the last year I grabbed almost every app someone on here talked about. Don't regret it for a second. When I was a kid it was crazy expensive just to be able to record 4 tracks on a cassette in a garage so to me something like Auria, AUM or any app really is a steal in comparison. I dig em all but lately I've been really feeling krft with midi out.
Lurking, not for creeps anymore.
WELCOME and YOU'RE WELCOME!
Jup and have fun here
As you see..... ur in good hands here.
Well done for walking through the door. I wouldn't warn you about spending too much money (that's what it's for), but try and tell yourself you will spend ten minutes making music over there for every one minute you spend shooting the shit over here....
And good luck with that.![:) :)](https://forum.loopypro.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
