AU is resetting itself
I've choosed different AU:s that shall play my midi notes. But every time I rewind or start from left playhead, the chosen preset for the in this exempel Addictive PRO and Poison-202 it changes preset (Poison-202) and Addictive also and sometimes just do a terrible squeking sound. Am I doing anything wrong or? I try to change it in the AU interface in the synths interface and under the little "Star-preset"-symbol. But I get the same issue.

I've tried a similar setup in Cubasis and the presets in the AU's don't change when I rewind or start the playhead from the left. You could have program change messages being sent to the AU instances which would change the presets. If you double tap on the MIDI track it will pull up the MIDI editor and you can select program change to see if there are any (there aren't any in the screen shot).
Now I see that little "plus" sign! In Program change. I've tested it serveral times but I couldnt remove the plus or reset it. Them finally I just marked it and chosed erase
