Audioshare as output with Audiobus 3 on iphone

Iphone 7 plus, latest os. Using audiobus 3, as soon as I add Audioshare as output to record clips, all audio goes silent. Happens with every input app I've tried. Remove audioshare, audio comes back. When recording, clips are just silence. Reinstalled everything, no help. Works with same setup on ipad pro and ipad air, and worked fine in audiobus 2. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Do you have monitoring off? That sounds like the obvious problem.
Yes monitoring is on. Don't typically have to open that mic recording interface to record from audiobus into audioshare, but I did check that again with a couple apps and it still goes silent. Only have the issue on the iphone.
I have the same issue as @jenkweb on Iphone 7 plus. Also lots of crackling with apps using Audiobus 3.
