Anybody have luck getting it to listen to outgoing midi from auria?
Had got it to work once. But it's a bit hit or miss. Make sure aurias transport is playing.
Yeah. Midi link sync sees auria but it remains waiting for midi clock no matter what i try.
That's very interesting it can slave Link to MIDI clock, how well does it work? Does it jitter? Loopy HD seems to be the only app that can actively smooth out the jitters in an incoming midi clock.
It's pretty good at tempo locking. Not much noticeable jitter. But it's a bit hit or miss whether it will sync the phrases properly.
Got it to work. In aurias pros settings make sure you have background audio on. Send clock and mtc to midi Link Sync IN.
In midi Link Sync change it to midi=>link
Click enable sync. Now when you press play in Auria it should sync to timeline.
Awesome. Will try again. I think the only thing u listed i might have been off on is the background audio.
That was it. Had to do it a few times for the proper sync to happen but it did. Thanks.
