Modstep cubasis question

Hi all!
I bought modstep some while ago after reading all the good reviews but after trying it for some time I never got along with it. I stopped using it and went with cubasis' sequencer. I use the sequencer only for recording songs and I'm not interested in live performance. My question is: are there any features in modstep that is missing in cubasis? I'm not interested in live performance features. Thanks

    If that's all I'm missing I guess I will just wait patiently for cubasis @LFS to implement AU automation.

    @fattigman is there anything in particular that you were unable to do in Modstep? Let me know and I can see about making a video. I am looking for more nuggets of knowledge to add to modstep videos.

    My initial problem was that I didn't understand the song mode (if there is any). As I said I use the sequencer only for songs and not "live" mode. Also I did not understand the differences between the 2 sequencer, the drum sequencer and the piano roll. It seems like all the notes didn't follow to the other sequencer when I switch between them. I also had some problems with hosting IAA and AU. I haven't tried the latest updates so maybe that's no issue anymore. Thanks

    @fattigman Ok, thanks. I will record a video this afternoon and post it. I figured out a song mode and I will explain the difference between the different modes.
