I've noticed more crackling overall recently on Air 2 unrelated to cpu numbers, wondering if it's a general issue and not just Gadget?

Wondering whether it's just because I've been indiscriminately loading apps on the iPad and not really worrying about saving every audio file that might have some use in the future.
So: Does the remaining drive space have anything to do with playback? Or is Model 15 just unable to run with ANY other app?
